Join us for an inspiring and energising weekend, getting deep into nature, cooking together round a blazing fire and a little time out of the day to day chaos of life! We will gently guide and challenge you as we forge new connections, take time to pause and explore positive changes in our lives together.

Includes: Walks, talks, an ice bath experience, breathwork, big fires, an introduction to Qi Gong and a load of tools and techniques to unblock the blockages and support you through the Autumn!

All men are welcome. All dietaries, vegetarian and vegan friendly options available and it’s a detox friendly alcohol free weekend. :-)
